Toddle Town & More Preschool
Toddle Town & More offers a wonderfully nurturing Preschool program which focuses on the development of the whole child. Social and emotional skills, language development, pre-academic skills, gross and fine motor skills, and problem solving. The curriculum will prepare your child for Kindergarten, as well as address any goals that you as a parent have set for your child.
Children are introduced to a variety of topics through books, songs and activities. They will learn to use all of their senses to explore the world around them. They are encouraged to learn at their own pace, with a program designed to meet both their skill level and learning style.

REGISTER YOUR CHILD NOW FOR THE 2012- 2013 school year!
To register your child for the September 2012 - June 2013 school year:
Complete a registration form and pay a $50 non-refundable registration fee.
Complete a Parent Questionaire. This is your opportunity to list personal goals for your child.
Provide a copy of your child's immunization records.
Sign a payment contract.
Prior to the first day of class:
2 year old Program: (children who will be 2 years old by December 1, 2012)
Class size: 5 to 8 children with 1 certified teacher and 1 aide.
Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays 9:30 am -11:00 am
Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
$96 per month for two days per week
Children do not need to be potty-trained.
This program is a drop off program to help your child gain some independence from you, develop language skills, and socialize with other children their age.
Your little one will be busy playing and exploring their world through their senses. We sing, dance, listen to short stories, paint, make crafts, have recess on the play floor, and have snack. This is the perfect opportunity for you to run errands while your toddler gains valuable skills.
**We offer a Parent/Me Play Group on Thursday mornings at 10 am if you feel that your child is not ready for a drop off program.
3 year old Program: (children who will be 3 years old by December 1, 2012)
Class size: 5 to 12 children with 1 teacher, 1 aide
4 year old Program: ( children who will be 4 years old by December 1, 2012)
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
They will have a recess on the playfloor, and then attend a one hour special class:
Tuesdays and Thursday from 12:30-3:00 they will be mixed in with the three year olds for large group instruction
(up to 12 students)
* We follow the Lancaster School District Calendar.
* Tuition is due on the first class of every month. There is a $10 late fee for tuition payments that are more than seven days late.
* We are sensitive to the fact that many children have allergies; we can work with you on any special precautions that need to be taken.

Excellent adult - child ratio:
Each class has a certified teacher, an experienced aide and a parent volunteer. Every parent has the opportunity to volunteer in the classroom once a month or as often as they are able. As a result of this wonderful ratio, we are able to offer an abundance of one on one time, in addition to large and small groups.
Every child's education plan is individualized:
Every child is different, therefore, every child's education plan is different. To set up the appropriate curriculium for your child, we combine both your personal goals (as filled out on the Parent Questionnaire) and the New York State standards for Preschoolers. Their progress will be tracked throughout the year, work samples will be collected, and your child's learning portfolio will be discussed at the parent-teacher conferences that are scheduled twice a year.
Learning about the world around them, means experiencing it first hand. Past field trips have included: The Great Pumpkin Farm, Mercy Flight, a visit with the dentist, The Aquarium of Niagara's Traveling Touch Tank, Sesame Street Live at Shea's Performing Arts, the fire station, the post office, and The Dinosaur Exhibit at the Buffalo Museum of Science.
